Yes I know it’s all about customer loyalty, brands wanting to lure you in with freebie products and the cynic in me is whispering ‘it’s just a ploy to get you to spend more money with them’ BUT, that said I joined the Tesco Baby Club when I was expecting my youngest and it was great.
You get so much with this it’s tricky to know where to begin so I’ll just say it as it comes to mind.
You get a parking permit to stick in the window of your car so you can legitimately park in the baby parking spaces at the front of the stores
You will be sent magazines that adapt to suit as your baby grows older which is packed with lots of ideas, advice, recipes and coupons.
There’s a special Baby Club website that also has a wealth of information, along with competitions to enter and special offers that Tesco have selected for you – and they’re not all just for the babies either, there are some great offers for mums and dads too.
You also get a Pampers Hamper that contains a
- Pampers Change Box;
- 2 Travel packs of Sensitive wipes;
- Exclusive bag of treats for mum (HURRAH – a bit of parent pampering!)
- Coupons saving you up to £13 (again, HURRAH!)
And it’s all yours – ready for the taking – for FREE. VIVE la supermarkets and their freebie baby clubs!

I just joined this and got my welcome pack through. The baby parking sticker alone will be invaluable!
