Baby has  taken his or her first toddling steps. They can get about, and you feel rather proud. This is a huge achievement.

These sorts of toy are a great way to encourage imaginative play. Indeed they were part of all my son's games, and one piece in particular - which we called Green Rod - became his absolute best friend and had to go everywhere with him.
