It's a rainy, drizzly day outisde, and as I sit at my desk writing this, I wonder what my little girl is up to. Sometimes I just want to, grab her and do something meaningful and then I remember that really, it's the little things I remember most from my childhood - the way my mum would let me drink chocolate milk without stirring it properly, so I could eat the wet powder out the bottom of the cup, the way my dad would turn a full meal out of an empty fridge while I sat chatting to him. The best memories don't have to be the biggest gestures.
